The experience was horrible! Completely unprofessional. I had virtual appointment scheduled at 10. I get a call at 10:45 from the office and I answer thinking it was the Dr. Turns out it was the office asking for documents that needed to fill out, before the appointment and they never sent . Then they tried to blame me, even though I called twice to confirm the appointment and they never sent any forms. They said they had to reschedule due to their own mistake! I get the email and send the info required, was rescheduled for 3 pm. Waited over an Hour in front of the computer, after they said it was going to take 10 min. Dr showed Up an hour late. He was unprepared, unprofessional, rude and not helpful at all! I wasted my whole day due to his incompetence and his staff! I don’t mind waiting if the experience is good, but this appointment was nothing but a headache and wasted time. I had to cancel everything I had that day for nothing. Will definitely not be going back! Listen to the reviews, I was referred and had no idea. At this point if you don’t enjoy your profession, you should retire instead of taking patients money just to waste their time and be horrible to them.

After 2 other back surgeries by 2 other neurosurgeons in Conroe couldn't not help my husband, and may have even made the situation worse. John BERRY was NOT afraid to go in there and do whatever needed to be done...and for the first time in 2 1/2 years my husband is walking with nothing assisting him, no wheel chair, and NO PAIN...
Jesus used this man to totally heal my husband!!!
John berry is a man of few words, but he is not afraid and very very talented!!

Dr. Berry always runs late. He is not the friendliest of doctors, however, he is an excellent surgeon. I had a nasty horse fall while living in England and injured my neck. Dr. Berry did 2 surgeries on me. 14 years post OP, . Who cares about the wait and the bedside manner when this man can fix your problem. I live in NY now and if I ever needed a neuro surgeon again It would be worth the trip to Houston to see him.

This man saw me in the hospital for the 1st time and did my surgery the following morning. He was the most wonderful doctor I've ever had and took good care of me and followed up consistently. I highly recommend him.

I wish I could give less than a star, or even rate this one with a negative number! Wait is insane for EVERYONE, for EVERYTHING, and was misinformed and almost had a seizure during a procedure. They are the worse and bedside manner is even worse. They don't educate the patients on what's going on and don't even think about the possibility of any understanding from the patient! This is a more than horrible physician!

Had to wait over 1 month just to review scans and to see the doctor after brain surgery. Office does not have voicemail to leave message or any receptionist to answer the phone. We canceled an appointment over 1 week ago and still received email saying we have an appointment. We tried calling again and no answers.
