Truckers entrance from Gate 4(Receiving Office)doesn’t matter Pickup or delivery , those two Guard Shacks are useless. If that Gate is not open call the number.

Alcon is one of the worse place the be if you a trucker. They shipping department crew are terrible. I’m talking about from doors 12 through 16 that crew on that side are terrible when it comes to getting you unloaded. Need new workers who know how to get them trucks in and out.

I wouldn't refer Alcon to anyone...The have a bad roach and rat infestation...They have very Rude supervisors (Kadee) who believe what their family and friends that work in the work place tell them. They racially profil young African Americans.. They also talk real bad to people.. They HR is never available to give valid information on how to report racial discrimination in the work place.. A supervisor by the name of Kadee is very unprofessional and has racially profiled several young Children working there...

Worst place to deliver. Arrived at 7am was told that it might take long to get to me. Hours later they said they had no space for load. Then they said I was not scheduled for delivery. 3pm their shift ended nobody could give me a clear answer. The person in charged gave me the name Issa Stewart but when dispatch called they said there was no person with that name. Now I have to wait till next day to deliver! Terrible place!
