Dear Vilnius Business College Administration
, I am writing to formally request a refund of my tuition fees for the previous academic year. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I was unable to continue my studies, as the college canceled my residence permit and prevented me from attending classes during the second semester. I have been informed that other students who have encountered similar issues have received refunds. Given that I was not allowed to complete my studies and my residence permit was ultimately canceled, I believe it is only fair to receive a refund. Furthermore, during this difficult period, I was met with unprofessional behavior from Mr. Marious, who made dismissive comments, suggesting I contact the president of the United States and the Lithuanian president. As I have not received the education I paid for, and my situation aligns with previous cases where refunds were provided, I kindly ask that my request be reviewed promptly. I am confident that Vilnius Business College values its students and seeks to address concerns like mine fairly. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your prompt response.
Best regards,

My experience with Vilnius Business College has been extremely disappointing. I applied for their Digital Business program on 3rd September and paid the 200 euros application fee on 4th September. After weeks of waiting with no updates, they finally scheduled my interview for 20th September. Then, almost ten days later, I received a rejection email on 29th September—with no clear explanation as to why.
To make things worse, they sent me a payment confirmation email on 1st October, two days after rejecting me. It seems like they were much quicker to confirm receiving my money than they were in handling the actual application process.
What really frustrates me is that, after completing my first interview, they even sent me an invitation for a second interview! This just shows how poorly they keep track of applicants. When I reached out for clarity, their response was full of generic excuses, blaming their system for delays and offering no real accountability.
At this point, it feels like all they care about is collecting application fees. With such disorganization and lack of communication, it’s hard to believe that this institution truly values its students. I have good academic results, so the vague rejection and lack of transparency left me feeling like the entire process was a waste of time.
To anyone considering applying here think twice. If this is how they handle applicants, I can only imagine how unprofessional the rest of the experience would be.

I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue I encountered at Vilnius Business College during the first semester of my studies.
To provide context, I encountered difficulties with my documents while applying for Temporary Residence Permit (TRP), which necessitated my return to Egypt to rectify the situation. I was assured by Mr. Marious, a representative of the college, that such occurrences are not uncommon for international students, and I was advised to resume my studies in the subsequent semester. Consequently, I followed his instructions and made plans to return for the second semester.
However, upon my attempt to re-enroll for the second semester, I was met with unexpected resistance from Mr. Marious. Despite explaining my circumstances, including the unfortunate passing of my father and the necessary time spent in Egypt to address familial matters, Mr. Marious not only denied my re-entry but also displayed unprofessional behavior towards me. He denied our previous interaction in November and dismissed my concerns callously, suggesting that I seek assistance from the President of the United States or Lithuania, which I found to be highly inappropriate and disrespectful.
Furthermore, Mr. Marious made the unilateral decision to cancel my TRP before the conclusion of the second semester, without proper justification or consultation. This decision has placed me in a precarious situation, as I have already paid for the entire academic year and am now being unjustly denied the opportunity to continue my studies.
I am deeply troubled by the lack of professionalism and empathy displayed by Mr. Marious, as well as the unjust treatment I have received. I kindly request that the Ministry of Education investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to address the misconduct and ensure that my rights as a student are upheld.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that the Ministry will take swift and decisive action to resolve this issue.

Antram kurse pakeitė nuostatus studentams nežinant, sumokėjus pinigus tik tada visá info suteikė, o į studentų klausimus nesugeba pateikti atsakymų. Pinigus paimti patys pirmi, o įsipareigojimus vykdyti patys paskutiniai.

Prasta programa, betikslo mokslas. Realiai pinigai tik dėl popieriaus.
