Honestly the academics is well put together and the teaching is good. Although we have good education we are often put under a lot of pressure during the middle and end of the year, I don’t fully agree with everything they do like write ups or Saturday schools so often,Some people I’ve met in the school were nice until there’s always the mean people I’ve met, but of course there’s always some people like that in every school or place in general. Although the school is very good minus some of the people that make it have some errors. The princable is very nice along with some teachers! They are very supportive when it comes to hard situations! I appreciate that! The field trips are fun along with the activities! Even though some parents/students are commenting negatively Viera Charter School deserves to be a A school.

This school is not a bad place. Their food got better, the teachers are nice, and the uniforms are for safety reasons. The PE program is very good as well. They give you a variety of options to choose from, and are with you the whole way.

Viera Charter has been a wonderful school for my daughter. I am well pleased with all aspects of this school. My daughter has found teachers that will be life long friend's, a resource officer that has been like a big brother watching out for his sister and an administration team that has been professional and supportive too our family needs. Thank you so much, you guys are amazing.

Okay. I’m going to say this; students here are level headed and polite. Teachers ( while I can’t speak for everyone,) are good and do their job well. Every person who has written a negative review are speaking of one thing, or being over dramatic. Yes the lunch isn’t great, yes the P.E program isn’t best, and yes some students are just down right mean. But this school is well up to date, has good educational programs, supporting teachers who will give you the help you need if you are respectable and kind to them. I guarantee some ( probably most,) of the negative reviews are by kids who weren’t showing respect to the staff and/or teachers. This school also has good after school programs. If you are looking for a good school to send you child to I would recommend this school.

I can tell you this is a great School.Most of the reviews on here are kids who thinks its funny to give bad reviews or Hate School or just Lazy, Spoiled or they have never went to another school to compare too.
Yes this School pushes you to do better and you have more homework.My Kid went here for Three years and is making close to straight A's in High School and it has been and easy transition.

Viera Charter School is a big disapointment. The faculty is completely unorganized. They had lost my childrens birth certs THREE times in one school year. The teachers do not contact the parents even though there had been several requests by the parents. No one is on the same page when it comes to your child. They almost held my daughter back for having a "C" in one class (disregard the fact that a "C" is a passing grade but studies have shown that students who have been held back a grade have a higher percentage of dropping out later in their education years). If you have children that go to this school or are about to enroll your children here, brush up or get to know the regulations set forth by the state of Florida and the school board.

i have been in this "school" (more like prison) for some now. i have collected my data and I am ready to share it with you
1. uniforms are terrible and uncomfortable
2. food tastes even worse than most schools
3. 1 extra hour of school
4. locker rooms are cramped
5. teachers are total jerks
6. janitors are jerks
7. constantly make threats about detention
8. dress down days cost $1.00
9. teachers always lose homework
10. P.E. field is cramped
11. elevator that we are not aloud to use
12. doesn't even have a library

this school was not the best and i have to comment on the bad foods they had there also they uniforms were pour quality. If you love your child don't let them go to this school ! I suggest you go to Manatee elem .
