We have had the pleasure of working with David Carson at Sunbelt Business Brokers this past year. He took the time to understand our needs, found us a buyer in less than 45 days, and closed escrow in even less time. David diligently worked through the many facets involved with selling a business from listing, negotiations, due diligence, contracts and even followed up after the sale, all with attentiveness and professionalism, and responded quickly to our questions and concerns.
He understands the sales processes from both the buyer and seller sides of these transactions. With his knowledge of the industry and sales processes, complemented by his education and experience, he successfully aids both parties in navigating the sale with diplomacy. Additionally, he has many related essential professionals at his disposal that are experts in business acquisitions as well.

He knew all the right questions, invested the time and money into marketing it wisely, and brought the ultimate buyer to the table with an attractive offer. The fact that this business is highly specialized made the job much harder than normal.
