Trash. Totally picked over by the vultures. Place has seriously gone downhill in the past few years. Also, went into the store last Saturday about 40 minutes before their closing time. At 15 minutes before closing time, THEY SHUT OFF ALL THE LIGHTS! Apparently its their way of making people leave. You literally couldn't see anything on the shelves. I saw an elderly woman having to be walked out of the store because she couldn't see to get out of the store herself! Not sure who the Einstein in management is that deemed this appropriate, but they definitely need to be shown the door themselves.

Local shoppers have some gripes about St Vinnies and I think that concerns price and wat is for sale. There is a discount schedule and follow the directions on tags. St Vinnies really depends on a lot of good donations. THERE IS NO DONATION ON SUNDAY. DO NOT DONATE TUBE TVS Donation is on the side of the building at the garage door on the right from 11 am to 5 pm Monday thru saturday. Please bring in more stuff. #furniture #clothing #donate #resale #used #mattress #sleeping #newmattress #pillowtopbed

Please stop putting price tag stickers on the insole of the shoes… please put it on the bottom. Every time I purchase good shoes and then take off the sticker, it literally peels the layer of the shoe off !! It’s very sad and frustrating. Please find a solution to this so products don’t get damaged . Thank you!

I always find some new treasure at this store. I brought in some used store bags to be used at the checkouts. The lady who accepted my donation expressed her appreciation for the bags. Today I was looking for some pictures for bedroom walls. Found some nice ones. Especially like their color tag discounts. Like how these store is more organized and orderly than it used to be.

Normally I have great experiences here but the cashier lady I experienced today made me uncomfortable to even come back. The older woman with white hair hunched over was one of the rudest cashiers I've ever had. She basically threw the bag at me and had me bag my own stuff. She was super rude to my sister as well. Probably won't be coming back anytime soon. She made the customers feel like an inconvenience. Not impressed. Maybe this isn't the right line of work for her?

This one pains me to make because I love going to st vinnies just because of all the neat finds that I can find. However todays experience really changed the way I look at the place altogether.

I stopped in at about 2:15 and checked out at about 2:30-2:45. There were 2 men and one woman at the checkouts, and unfortunately I was stuck with the woman who judged me and made me insanely uncomfortable right off the bat. I understand at this time you were all very busy. Coming from someone who works in hospitality, I get it. Trust me.

But the way I was spoken to, belittled, and rushed out was absolutely disgusting.

Just brought up a few books after patiently waiting and was met nothing but blatant disrespect by treating me like I was a child and that my existence was an inconvenience.

Besides myself, I witnessed her treating multiple customers in the same demeanor DURING the transaction. Super uncomfortable experience. Maybe this person should stick to stocking shelves, because she did not know hospitality if it hit her in the face.

Maybe I’ll be back, maybe I won’t. Definitely not for a while anyways.
