Great place ! I got paper copies of EDD forms . Because Id .me is a messed up system and we need to go back to basic forms to get money for time off work from spine surgery glad they had the paperwork 👍🏻

I went to the One Stop career and job development place through Edd and I was so surprised at what a really nice healing experience it was. They even have soft jazz music playing! The stuff that I met, even the host guy in the lobby of the building, we're all so caring and mellow and really smart and positive. It's neat that there's plenty of computers and people with advice and all kinds of convenient help all in one place also. Not what I expected and great!

EDD person helped me a lot, old man who worked there hung up on an important call because he wanted to leave over 1/2 hour before 5pm telling me they were closing In 15 minutes then said one minute and did not care about my situation. He was rude and selfish. Made my situation worse. Kinda,ghetto kind have to help yourself.

I wish I could get give lower then one star, the security service here is rude and have no professionalism at all, don’t know how to treat anyone with respect but the people that work in the building, they have a both that has no guard inside to instruct you where to park, the one guard came out this morning didn’t even say good morning just hay you this is reserved and you can’t park go park somewhere else, there’s no reserve sign on the parking space, this area should be easier to get into for those that have appointments as well as those that work here…. The security staff and others are rude and are not very helpful please train better as a security supervisor I would retrain my whole team starting with customer service and who to speak to people besides the workers in the building……

First time visiting, and the security guard as well as staff were most friendly, and helpful.
My only problem is that although there are 'No Phone Zone' signs clearly visible, phones were still being heard.
Other than that, I was able to take care of business in a timely manner.
