All the reviews including mine prove that they are not worth your time and money it's a number of lazy liars that are not even care or understand what they are doing except taking your money .
My lawyer friend helped me and talked to them
And "magically " they were available and punctual don't ever go to this mailbox game
I am very happy to say by now I am graduate d ,passed the state exam and licensed
They couldn't take my dream and if you care about yourself and helping others don't enroll in their program
BTW I got to say it again to all despite your dishonesty and lack of professionalism

I mailed in my hours. Quilty Control.... I emailed you and I have not received a response. Has anyone else heard back from the quality control email? Has anyone received there certificate? I saw a post about some pursuing legal action.

Maybe this program was at one point legitimate, however I may need to come to the conclusion that this place is a scam and we’ve just been outright scammed out of our time, effort, and money.

My spouse has worked in the field of addiction treatment since 2015, so luckily has a solid resume and strong, upward trajectory of work experience in the field, however acquiring a CADC certification became a necessary step to just basically have the proof of completion and be compliant as it is required for his responsibilities at this stage in his career.

Most of his tuition questions throughout the process were answered throughout the process which makes sense, they wanted his money.

However, after multiple, persistent attempts to receive some kind of direction or validation upon his completion of the program, there has been nothing. He finished the program about a year ago now and hasn’t received word on anything further. He printed off the sheet so he could just record his supervised counseling hours as he continues to earn them, but no word on his certificate of completion for the program or any kind of closure or direction at all, not even an email certifying that he finished all the courses, here’s what you do next. I repeat, we have received no transcript and no certificate of completion and his attempts for contact have gone unanswered ever since he finished his last class.

The follow-through of this “program” is abysmal. Please choose another program if you are considering getting your CADC certification. My husband and I have both worked in this field for many years, I’m earning my Master’s now to be an LMFT. Working in treatment and addiction is hard enough without dealing with this mess and lack of response. I wish we had gone with the other programs that were recommended. Please avoid and don’t get taken in like we did on their lower tuition cost compared to other programs, we regret it. I will update if we ever do hear from them but at this point I doubt there would be anything they’d actually do to make this right. Good luck on your journey and your work is needed in this field, please take care of yourself and I strongly suggest you don’t choose this program!

A waste of time program. No one answers the phone. No one returns your Emails. Very unfortunate. The courses are easy. Informative. After completion of the 6-8 courses. You will then have to complete 255 intern hours. Seems simple. Yet the schooling does not help you out with any of it. Depending where you live a lot of programs are not accepting interns. For myself, I completed everything had no balance due and still have not received a completion packet from them. It’s been 2 months. Student director said by May 24’ you will receive a completion packet. Still have not received anything. I got scammed and wasted$4500 on this program. Please take your money elsewhere. I am not sure how they are accredited by CCAPP it is a scam.

This school is horrible and they're scam artists. No one answers e-mails or phone calls. I started this course on March 1, 2024 and decided to drop out of it in June. They deducted monthly 308.00 from 3/1/24-6/1/24. I've contacted ANGELA AMAYA (student director), JOYCE GREENBERG and now it's gone to a GLEN GREENBERG. NONE OF THEM ARE RESPONSIVE. I paid in about $1500.00. These people are quick to deduct your monies and poor at refunding. I have an attorney on hold because I'm waiting to see if they're honorable which it appears that they aren't. DO NOT ENROLL IN THIS SCHOOL-KEEP SCROLLING.

I was having a good experience with this school up until the point that really mattered. I completed the courses, paid in full, and submitted all required documents. I was supposed to receive a completion packet THREE MONTHS ago. I was getting emails from them regarding the situation at first and now nothing. This lack of communication is affecting my career and I spent 10 months with this program and FOUR THOUSAND dollars.

I have contacted everyone in the school I have completed my hours and no one will answer me regarding this! I sent them certified mail on the 24th of June with no response NONE!!!! I cannot take my state test in California until they sign off on my hours this is crazy ridiculous!!!!

No one gets back to me. I’ve emailed Angela, Glen, and Orion and not a single reply back. I’ve called an no responses. They have taken my money but yet I have not completed the last course. This is where the nightmare has begun with this garbage school. I needed an extension on the very last course 107. I paid them the extra 100 and never heard from them again. I lost access to the online courses and no response. I now am I applying for a school again and doing this all over again and lost out on 2499.
