It's really disappointing to invest so much in my education only to experience such poor communication. As I'm nearing graduation, I feel completely abandoned in this process. Despite my numerous calls and emails seeking guidance, I've received no responses. I've been given three or four different graduation dates, all of which turned out to be incorrect. My last day was meant to be November 7, yet I'm still getting messages to log into classes I'm not enrolled in. Each time I reach out for clarity, I find myself without any support. Still waiting to know anything! UGH, Graduating with a bachelor's degree is supposed to be an exciting milestone, but instead, I just regret choosing this school!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE WORST!!!!!!!!

Was a student here for several months. They changed the policy midway through me studying about when assignments can be turned in late and my gpa tanked because of it. Had i known they were going to change i never would have enrolled. You miss a few assignments and your phone starts blowing up like some scammer got a hold of your number. The record was seven phone calls in one day. Then they called my fiance whom i had set as an emergency contact. I called them and was told that no that was listed as my phone number not an emergency contact which is false. I listed her as an emergency contact. They crossed a line with that. It is unprofessional. Im not happy and i want a written apology for this for myself and my fiance. Last week i almost lost my job because i answered their call after the third call from the same number thinking something major had happened and when i explained i was at work they kept trying to continue to tell me what they wanted to. This school os a joke.

There is not much to say, since so much has already been said by other reviews. Please do your due diligence and pay attention to how aggressively some of the outreach from Admissions gets when it's close to the date for classes to start.

This school is HORRIBLE. Getting in contact with anyone ESPECIALLY financial aid… forget about it. This school is a joke. Don’t even get me started on the instructors. Save your money.

I got 16k ripped off for a job that this $16,000 (which a good portion I had to get a loan) has not benefited me what so ever. This doesn’t even feel like a college. The staff is alright but I would be in the same position had I not attended this college except I wouldn’t have thousands of dollars debt with nothing to show for it but a “certificate” that means nothing to hiring managers. I’m sure the staff has changed by now but extremely shady staff that truly took advantage of me financially. I’ve had better experiences with teachers and schooling at other state colleges for a fraction of the price.

Great classes but getting ahold of anyone on the phone is not possible worse than calling the va called everyday for 2 weeks about a check not one answer nor do they call back nred to get on to your workers about this no reason this should be happening...

Military veterans avoid this school completely I graduated June and they still owe me financial aid money. Even though the GI bill covers everything. Some kind of double dipping, I don’t even know how they allow a school like this one to stay open. They will keep telling you we’ll take care of it before graduation it’s all a lie. Training is below standards if you find anyone from the June 2023 HVAC grads that are happy with what they got it will be a miracle. Most of them just acquired a debt with nothing to show for… Avoid

Stay as far away from this school as you possibly can, they don't care about actually providing you with a good education they only care about cashing your monthly payment, I graduated in July and the entire time was awful. the onboarding process was rushed, we didn't get our tools till about 5 months after we paid for them and they didn't even come with the bare essentials, we barely did any labs and labs we did do we where told to fix the equipment without having any actual training on how to trouble shoot or repair the equipment, they never seemed to have any of the supplies like gas for the torches or thermostat wire, speaking of thermostat wire we didn't learn how to wire a thermostat until 9-10 months in, every day we had class we would just do our assignments on the computer then we where dismissed early. There where many times that we had instructors from other trades teaching our class and they had no knowledge of HVAC. I have complained on numerous occasions and was just given excuses after excuses, I asked for extra help and have had it set up with one of the instructors yet they never showed up to help me. The EPA 608 class was an absolute joke the teacher never taught a single thing about the EPA so I had to teach myself. I told them they need to make things right and they ensured me that they would, their solution was that i can come in for extra training after i graduated, i reached out on numerous occasions to get that training and never heard anything back, I reached out to the executive director once again and i was told that that he would reach back out to me and that was a month or so ago and have yet to hear anything back. I sunk the last bit of the money I had to go to this school and they completely took advantage of me not to mention every other student. No idea how they manage to stay open.
