Cannot say enough amazing things about EDGE and the whole team! We switched to them over a year ago and could not be happier about that decision! RUN! They only want your sales. I have dozens of machines in several of my offices with EDGE. They promised me that they could support all my locations, which is what I was looking to do (consolidate vendors, as i have over 65 machines in 7 states). I have had service and machine issues with 2 wide formats in 2 of our largest offices. Brian is great at trying to help. But the rest of the company, Rich, Chris, the partners, couldn't be bothered. I have copies and copies of emails for MONTHS stating they are working on solutions. They have promised credits of late fees, and monthly fees. I cannot get them to respond, I cant get a resolution and have now taken it to the BBB. As a business that supposedly prides itself on its service, I find it absolutely insane that they dont respond to me, and here we are, 8 months into the issues, and they STILL dont have a resolution. Nor do they seem to care. Absolutely ridiculous, and if I were to go back in time, I would say RUN! DO NOT go with this company! I would rather deal with 65 different companies to service my machines, then have to rely on Edge for even a handful of my machines.
