The company I work for has been using Connections since 2017 and I have always been very satisfied with their service. The people there are always very helpful and quick to get your problem solved. For issues that I have had that took longer to resolve then a quick phone call, Connections employees have always been very vocal on the status of the problem with continued email updates and the ETA on when they believed the issue would be fixed. I especially like the patience that the workers have with me in listening to my issue and helping to resolve them.

Connections for Business IT services are great. They are so responsive. I can call during the workday, after hours, and receive the same high quality of work. Sometimes the issue is complicated and sometimes the issue is a result of my own ignorance. Either way, the responding technician is always polite and walks me through what they are doing. This company has been so fantastic for our IT needs. The team knows their stuff, and they have techs available for in person needs, as well as remote needs. They can quickly login to your computer remotely and resolve most issues without ever needing to come out, eliminating any down time. The owner David is great not only for IT needs, but has a strong presence in the community, he has helped us on so many occasions provide connections to other businesses when we need assistance in any other matter.

David Bennett and his company Connections for Business has been a long last timeless I.T. security service company for over 40 years, located in the South Florida area providing its services local, national, and international. I am so impressed with Connections for Business! We recently contracted with them for their support services and have had nothing but professional, fast, and positive results so far. I personally was working remotely in another state and had an issue with my laptop. I emailed and created a case and within minutes had a service rep (Luis - excellent rep!) on the phone. He went to work and resolved the issue within minutes. He also followed up to make sure all was well. I strongly recommend this company!

My office uses connections for our IT needs. They are AMAZING! They go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. During the pandemic we had a lot of issues getting set up, these guys were there all hours of the day and FAST to get things fixed. I even referred them to one of my clients and he had a PHENOMENAL experience as well.He was in a hard time of his life just being hacked. I would give them 5,000 starts if I could!

Our office was having IT problems ranging from poor connectivity to slow responsiveness to problems. It was impossible to gain remedy, and in fact felt like we were being held hostage by our IT guy. We are a sales office and every moment of IT problems costs thousands of dollars. We hired David and his team. They did comprehensive research before taking over, assigned to team to our office, came in, fixed our problems, and have been immediately responsive throughout the process. HUGE improvement already!
