Staff super nice and helpful and patient for me. Website renewal process is the worst user interface I have ever used. The annual required documents is a joke. If you already verified the person no need to re-submit ever! Also, I received a final notice without ever receiving a first notice. The fact I also had to pay back license fees for a new license request was a total ripoff. Meanwhile, I have renewed and hope I can dig out of my losses. You get 3 stars for being nice on the phone!

I visited this place on 23rd Jan 2019. I had already downloaded all the forms and had requested a quotation thru email. This place is big and was not at all crowded. I first went to the zoning office for their approval. the staff at the zoning office was very pleasant and friendly. They got my job done in 2 mins. Thank you guys!! ( 3 Stars to your department)

After that I took all my documents and went to the Business License department. I had an encounter with a lady who really didn't like me or had a bad day. She was treating me like a old school teacher. She asked me to correct my form 2 to 3 times, which I was fine with. She processed all the document in 15 mins and gave instructions about what i should be doing next. She was good with her job.

Tip: There is absolutely no need to be rude to the customers. If customers knew everything about Business Licence already then there would be no need to have professionals like you. One good smile or few kind words hurt no one.

Horrible customer service! Every year I go to this office to get my business license renewed, it's a major headache for me. The staff are often rude and and unhelpful. I've been trying to renew a simple small business license for 2 weeks now and every time I call to follow up, I'm given a different excuse as to why they haven't renewed my license yet.

Wow, no idea why all of the bad reviews. I went in expecting the worst after seeing these reviews. The staff was polite when I visited. Not a lot of employees working at the time. Got in and out and answered all my questions. They are a bit behind on the times here, though in terms of how they process your information.

Staff is rude, unhelpful and talk to the customers in a very unprofessional way, they don't give their names when you talk to them, they never know anything the you ask !! I really don't understand why they don't train and prepare their employees so in a respectful way they can answer questions.
Horrible experience !! I wish I knew the name of the lady that answer the phone this morning, she needs to be remove or educated on how to deal with customers.
