This company truly has the best customer service out there! I have worked as a secretary for many years and I can tell you from experience that this is a copier/IT company you can really trust to go above and beyond. I appreciate how they never give up until a problem is completely resolved. I also want to comment on the exceptional people that they employ. Hands down the most professional business equipment group you will ever work with! Brad was very thorough and listened to all of our needs in regards to printing and led us to the perfect printer for our company! Brad and Joshua were also incredibly amazing when it came to helping us set up our new machine and were beyond patient with us. I would recommend CBE 10 times out of 10!

Don't walk, RUN! The morals and values of this company as a whole are unethical at best. They will lie, cheat, and steal their way into your checkbooks for years to come. This is not an opinion, it is FACT. Cancel your contracts, do not upgrade your equipment, definitely do not trust them with your IT services and security.

Amazing customer service!
