Matt sorted my laptop within first week of receiving it! Laptop was unusable, crashing every hour or sometimes every few minutes with BSOD, couldn't run any games or any more demanding app. I don't understand any of what he is saying but all I know Matt found the problem in one of chips and replaced it and it's not crashing anymore! Can't thank him enough! 100% will recommend to all my family friends and everyone who needs fixing their GPU, or motherboards! Thank you so much! Matt fixed my x670e-e motherboard (bent pins on cpu socket) with a new socket and has been running with no problems ever since. Fair pricing and top quilty expert repair and good communications to keep you in the picture with the state of your repair ,would highly recommended to anyone.

I was devastated when I discovered that my RTX3080 had stopped working. I reached out to B-Hawk and Matt was very responsive. My 2080ti FE was suffering from artifacts. Contacted Matt from B-Hawk Gaming and he diagnosed the problem instantly. Sent him the GPU and he quickly fixed the problem for me. I am and remain eternally grateful to him and his team for their support and knowledge. Definitely recommend to anyone in the UK.

Wanted to liquid metal cool my RTX 3090 graphics card as I have done with my previous one so purchased conductonaut, applied the liquid metal, put the card back together and my GPU didn't post. Took the card back apart and unfortunately the LM had leaked onto the PCB and shorted/damaged a lot of components. I messaged B-Hawk Gaming and spoke to Matt, I explained the situation to him and he recommended i send the card to him so he could inspect it and see if it was fixable or not. The card was delivered to matt on Sunday and by Sunday evening, he had completely repaired it back to original condition, gave me updates from start to finish with pictures and explained all the damage and what was fixed. Always polite, professional and respectful with every message and put my mind to rest knowing he would give his best to fix it. I don't think there is a single GPU repair business/individual on the market that will offer the service that I've received. I did not think my gpu would be fixable but the work matt has done has saved me 100s of pounds. The price was beyond reasonable for the work offered, also included new thermal pads. I could not recommend B-Hawk Gaming enough!! There is no doubt in my mind that I'll use these guys again, complete god send and really saved my behind. Thank you so much !!!!

Matt from B-Hawk Gaming did a Briilaint job. He fixed my Graphic Card and shipped it back to me very quickly, he is not only a super talented engineer but extremely honest and fair too. I sent in my fused 1070 for repair and they were able to repair it. It works just like new again. Definitely will use again if I encounter a similar problem in the future
