버겐부동산학교에서 세일즈퍼슨 자격증을 준비하면서 느꼈던 좋았던 점을 나누려 합니다..
아무래도 한국어로 강의를 들을 수 있어서 좀더 편리합니다. 그리고 곽원장님께서 부동산시험을 위해 잘 만들어 주신 동영상 강의와 수업교재를 반복/숙달하면서 단기간 시험준비를 할 수 있었습니다. 또한 강의교재의 쪽집게 수업내용(파워포인트)은 "자격증시험"을 위해 핵심요약이 잘 정리되어 있고, 쪽집게 문제는 주정부 시험볼때 확실히 도움이 되었습니다(무조건 암기하실 것을 강추함). 경험이 많으신 곽원장님의 다양한 실무사례 적용과 설명은 교과내용을 제대로 배우고 기억할 수 있도록 도와주었습니다. 부동산 자격증을 고려하시는 분들께 강추합니다.
