We recently rented 7 RVs from B&B RV in Denver, CO, for a large group trip, and we were thoroughly impressed with their service. All RVs were in excellent condition, with most being nearly new. We highly recommend opting for their comprehensive rental packages (Works Package, Value Package, and Standard Package), which include everything you need—kitchenware, bedding, foldable chairs, a toaster, and even a capsule coffee machine. In previous rentals from other companies, we had to spend time and money buying these items at stores. With B&B RV, everything was conveniently provided, saving us significant hassle and expense. The check-in process was incredibly smooth and fast. Unlike other rental experiences where we couldn’t leave before 4-5 pm, at B&B RV, our official check-in started at 12 pm, and by 12:45 pm, we were already on the road. This efficiency allowed us to start our adventure much earlier than expected. Highly recommend B&B RV for their quality service and well-maintained fleet!

My wife and I rented a beautiful 2025 Mercedes RV that was brand new. We were beyond excited to have this unit as we were the first ones to use it. Things went ok with the unit the first night but the next 3 days posed issues. The RV began to leak water from the fresh water tank and water all over the floor. The hot water heater also kept throwing an E8 error and would only give us 20 seconds of hot water at a time before becoming ice cold. We now had to decide if we should drive back 350 miles to have the issues corrected. The decision was made so we returned to B&B. Nathan greeted us that day and was very helpful. We told him all of our issues. Turns out the issues were the fault of a mechanic not performing a proper service to get the RV ready for the trip. Also, we were told all issues were resolved, but the E8 error continued for the rest of the trip. My wife and I had to take showers in 10 second burst to have a little bit of hot water. We understand things don't always work perfectly and would have been ok with an apology. We returned the RV to the dealer on Saturday and was greeted by Nathan in a very rude and hostile fashion. Nathan never once said sorry for to us having to run 350 miles out of the way and 350 mile back to return to our original location with the same issue of no hot water. We felt as if Nathan's only thought was to run us out of the dealership as fast as could possibly get us out. To add insult to this we reached out to the owner and he refused to acknowledge us or get back to us.

B&B RV rental is one of the best service businesses I have ever encountered. We have rented with them on two different occasions and will do so again without hesitation. B&B RVs are in immaculate condition because they only use relatively new RVs and because they maintain them so well. They also use high quality RVs to begin with so they perform very well. In our most recent trip, we had a Mercedes RV that drove, handled, and performed like a dream PLUS got over 14mpg which is remarkable for an RV. B&B RV is incredibly responsive. They responded to every enquiry and question we had for them very quickly, professionally, and comprehensively. We did not have any issues with the vehicle during our rental but had lots of questions leading up to the day of our departure. B&B RV is very customer centric. We had some challenges on our side of the vacation planning and they worked with us to get us going including providing after hours pick-up of the vehicle as we could not make it there in time to get the RV to leave on our trip. I highly recommend B&B RV for your RV rental needs.

We had a great experience buying our camper with B&B; however, their service hasn’t been that great. The wiring to the electric trailer brakes on the underside of my camper had been severed. and when I took it in to have the brake wiring repaired, they did the bare minimum to fix the problem. They didn’t restore it to its original condition and they left what was originally a vulnerable spot more vulnerable to damage. Their labor rates are $190/hr, so I expected a better quality job.

We rented an RV for a 2.5 months road trip of 9 states and over 5000 miles. You can imagine that every once in a while, we had questions and worries, especially since that was our first RV trip ever. Nathan and his team were there every step of the way. There was no waiting on the phone, no "Please hold the line", it was professional, quick, and kind. On top of that, our RV functioned flawlessly for all of this time. No engine problem, no issues with the brakes, tires, or anything else. The only thing we did is to put some air in the tires after a month or so. This is a testament to the care that B&B takes of their vehicles, because this does not happen by accident. Biggest thanks to them, and can highly recommend them to anyone!

Staff were very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Quick check out and check in. RV was nice and clean inside. The only negative part of our experience was that our batteries died during the first night of our trip, which meant our fridge died and we woke up to all our frozen food, defrosted. We were in Rocky Mountain National Park, and were about 20min from the closest Napa Auto Parts (but thankful the B&B staff were helpful finding the closest place to replace the batteries). So thankfully not too far, but the hassle of packing up and cutting our hiking day short the next day so we could drive to Napa, was inconvenient. And our only compensation was being reimbursed for the 2 batteries we had to replace (a little over $400). So not the best experience, but, ok. Updated: Staff reached out to us and emailed a form asking how much I wanted to be compensated. They then refunded us for what I asked for. They were quick and responsive.

Bought a new Intech Flyer Explore from the B&B team this summer and looking forward to its use! The folks at B&B explained the whole Flyer line and walked us thru a custom order to get just the configuration we wanted. We're using the trailer to transport our tandem bicycle and be a mini-camper. We made a few mods to add a sturdy cabinet, inside sink, and curtains to name a few. Great dealership!
