Buyer beware.
I highly recommend you drive past the hole in the wall. Just because they offer onsite repairs does not mean they have mechanics than have the knowledge to work on them. Much less a knowledgeable salesperson!

I showed up at 10am, had to wait until 10:10 for Brett to show up. It took until 10:30 for us to be able to test drive the vehicle we were looking at. There had been no repairs done to the car - park brake was disconnected, just a trace of oil on the dip stick, leaking power steering pump/lines, brakes were in need of replacement, worn out shocks (there was 1 new one on the vehicle), cracked exhaust manifold, worn out spark plugs, mismatched tires, the car was filthy inside and out.

The price we negotiated reflected the $1000 in parts I'd need to buy for it (doing the work myself).

Brett specifically told me that he doesn't mark titles or bills of sale "exempt" from mileage - when the title arrived 3 weeks later, in his handwriting, the mileage was noted as EXEMPT.

When I asked for some oil to top off, he offered to perform an oil change for free. The skid plate was removed to do the oil change, when I was performing the rest of the repairs I noted that most of the bolts that hold on the skid plate were gone. The kid who did the oil change was a far cry from a competent mechanic.

One star off for no repairs done, one star returned for the oil change, one star off for missing skid plate hardware, and one star off for mileage.

From what I can tell, he buys cars at auction and does as little as possible to them. If you're looking for a good deal on a mechanic's special, then I can't recommend B Quality enough.

If I had to choose three words that represented these guys they would be, knowledgable, passionate, and integrity. I went in to buy a car that would get me to a to b for the next 3 years. My budget was 10k but I wanted to spend less if possible. I checked out a few of the cars and then I asked Brett, "If you could take any of these cars home for yourself, which one would it be." He then showed me a car that wasn't listed online and was in the process of being worked on. The Nissan Altima he showed me was only $3.5k. He told me, for what I was looking for, this was the one to buy. I knew right then I could trust this guy. Brett saved me around 7 thousand dollars and promised he would take care of me for the next couple of months as I drove it around and worked out some kinks. So far, he has stayed true to his word and will 100% be getting me as a customer in the future. Can't say enough good things about the honesty and integrity of Brett and Ben. Great guys, family run business, no hassle, easiest car purchase of my life. (I have bought over 6 cars). 100000% recommend checking these guys out before going to some
name brand dealership. Thank you boys!

BUYER BEWARE.

I don’t typically write bad reviews, however hopefully this can prevent someone from getting taken advantage of.

I looked at two Volvo S60Rs at this dealership approx. two months ago. Both were being sold for $3000-$4000 over market price, with the reason being they were rare vehicles. While this is somewhat true, neither vehicle was road ready and the one I test drove was downright dangerous (vehicle severely wandered at 30mph, tie rod ends sounded like a typewriter). The gentleman I spoke with kept informing me of how many people had looked at both vehicles, while simultaneously needing to jump start the second car because it clearly had not been moved or touched in several months. I was also told that the vehicles are worked on at the dealership (which I truly respect), but I was given very unclear answers on what repairs they had and had not done on the vehicles (I was given vague answers like “suspension”). I asked maintenance questions specific to these vehicles (4C struts, angle gear, etc) and the gentleman I worked with was clearly confused. He then attempted to correct me on what these parts were, and insisted that they did not need replacing.

The next thing that stood out was that the gentlemen kept mentioning that repairs are discounted for vehicles that are purchased at their dealership. It’s nice to see a way for customers to keep up with maintenance, however ultimately this means that the vehicles they sell are expected to need work. A vehicle with little paint, a biohazard-level interior, and most importantly, one that is unsafe to drive, should not have a price of nearly $9000 with very little room for negotiation.

I now own a 2006 Volvo S60R that I purchased at a significantly lesser price private party. While I have needed to do maintenance and repairs, the seller was transparent about this unlike the gentlemen at this dealership.

Verdict:
This is my experience at this dealership. I hope that any potential customers have a different experience than I had, but I still recommend being extremely cautious doing business with B Quality Auto Check. Either have an extremely good mechanical knowledge of the vehicle you will be purchasing, or treat this as a third party purchase and get a full mechanical inspection from a reputable mechanic beforehand. Both gentlemen were friendly, but unfortunately were trying to profit as much as possible at the cost of the safety of myself and my passengers. Business is business, but a line needs to be drawn somewhere.

P.S. rip whoever spent $10k on the 05 Audi TT 🙁
