Great service! Great quality ATV's and very experienced recommendations! Plus they trained us on how to drive and care for our new used Honda Rancher ATV. Mark and Adam totally understand what you need and why. They answer the phone and respond to text messages immediately responding to any questions and needs. They take care of all paperwork too. Such a pleasure working with them. We wouldn't go anywhere else for anything we need for our great ATV!

I took my 2001 Suzuki SV 650 motorcycle to B&B for an oil change and checkup. After looking at the bike Adam recommended new back brakes and new hand grips. This concurred with what I knew to be needed so I had the work done. The work was completed faster than expected and was very well done. The bike performs beautifully. The price was fair. I will be using B&B again.

Great group of guys that are knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely care about your ride. They made numerous improvements and suggestions that have helped my old ATV find new life and I'm super grateful for that. The only minor downside is that they won't install tires purchased elsewhere - I understand the reasoning, but it can still hurt to pay full MSRP for tires when online shops sell for half the price. Despite that, I highly recommend B&B due to the friendliness, helpfulness, and competency, and I won't be taking my ATV anywhere else from now on. Thanks again guys.

I was asked by a neighbor for a consultation with a ATV at B&B sports cycles. They have had this ATV for three weeks. Then got a call that the repairs were going to be over two thousand dollars. I being a professional technician for 30 plus years agreed to consult. They were rude and threatening, could not justify the charges they claimed to have accrued. I was embarrassed that this company represents my profession. B &B gives all service repair shops a bad name. STAY AWAY!!

Adam was a pleasure to work with, went the extra mile on giving my ATV a once over to ensure it was in perfect working condition which was not on the initial ask. B&B was highly recommended from other places I called that did not sell ATV tires, and glad I gave them a call. I dropped the machine off Friday afternoon and it was ready within 24 hours, which exceeded my expectations. Great local shop you can trust.

B&B goes above and beyond to make sure you get a safe ride, and they help stay within your budget. I had new tires put on my motorcycle and had an oil change for a long 1400 mile ride. My bike never ran so good and they did a few special extras that really made the difference. Highly recommend them and will be using them for all my repairs.

to sum up an awful experience that spanned three weeks
*Inflated parts and labor prices
*Fabricated unnecessary repairs
*Unwarranted and unauthorized parts replacement
*Unable to fix the motorcycle after replacing parts and repairs
*Sold me a tire with a nail in it and lied about knowing it was there. Said, "Oh, you might want to put a tube in that tire." This could have killed me/someone on the road.
*As a result I could not trust any of the repairs for fear of my safety.
*Had to take my bike to an honest shop to double check and fix their work. Two different mechanics verified I was taken for a ride.
*Finally, after asking them to make things better and agree on a good resolution, they hung up on me.
*Of course there was no way I was going to go back and talk to them in person, as I feared the yelling, accusations, and threats to get off their property about which I've heard.

Had I checked the reviews ahead of time I would have never gone here. Something was fishy from the beginning. Going local is great; but not always; not all the time. Finding a reputable mechanic is first.

Tried to give them our business as they are a locally owned place, but they had no interest in actually helping us get the side-by-side we wanted. Tried on multiple occasions to work through them and each time was met with either an attempt at an up-sell or just dismissal of what we wanted. Ended up going down to Fay Myers Motorcycle World and had a fantastic experience / immediate help.
