Britney is super friendly and very kind. I broght my bikes to get fixed here and they work on them very well with reasonable prices. They don't instal personal inner tubes but they offered me Bontrager new ones at 12 bucks each so not to bad all all..
I recommend this bike shop.

My soon to be 5 year old daughter received a bike with training wheels from another retail store. The training wheels that came with the bike did not fit and she kept falling over when trying to turn. I ordered new training wheels that would fit, however, I did not have the correct size socket wrench to remove the original pieces. B&B happily assisted me and put the new training wheels on along with some education about proper size and fit. Super pleasant and helpful. I appreciate their service and kind spirits.

Dropped my bike off for new handlebars and a tuneup. Pulled the handlebars up on their website to show the owner (who was not very interested in helping me at all) she said they had them in stock. Called in after a week and a half of no contact and was told they were waiting on the handlebars to be shipped in, after she said they were in stock. Received a message the next day that my bike was ready. Picked it up and all they did was throw on the new bars. Bike had no brakes, tires were damn near flat and very dirty, and I was overcharged for the new handlebars. Spoke with the same woman that I dropped the bike off to and she claimed no tuneup was ordered. Yet, we discussed how the bike had no brakes when I dropped it off. Will not be returning to get the tuneup, and the extra money they charged me for the handlebars is not worth dealing with the owner again. Look elsewhere for your biking needs.

They fixed my wonky wheels in no time flat while I ate lunch. She said it isn't perfect but I didn't see any wobble at all anymore and looks perfect to me! You need something fixed this is the place to go if you wanna get back on the road asap. Thanks again for everything very much appreciated!

Recently purchased my second bike from B&B and they have been great with both purchases. They have went out of their way to be patient and helpful with anything I’ve needed without trying to sell me things I didn’t need anytime I’ve stopped by. They even just helped me return some clip-less shoes to the manufacture that I had issues with and went out of their way to find a pair that fit me correctly. They will continue to be my go-to for anything bike related.
