MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA, NO COMPRE AUTO AQUI! Desde haber ido hasta 5 veces tratando de negociar un auto y jamas recibir la mas minima intencion de venderlo, hasta terminar comprandolo y que lo vendiaran con el radiador roto. Compre conciente que debia cambiar cauchos y otras cosas comunes que traen los carros usados (que no quisieron negociar ni un centavo) para luego que el auto se le rompiera el radiador apenas salinos del dealer. no quisieron hacerse responsables a pesar de haber sido algo tan evidente y descarado. en total se gastaron mas de mil dolares mas del costo del vehiculo por los vicios ocultos. Mala atencion he irresponsabilidad. Al menos compre un Toyota que son indestructibles. No compre aqui, repito... NO COMPREN AQUI!

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! From having gone up to 5 times trying to negotiate a car and never receiving the slightest intention of selling it, to ending up buying it and having it sold with a broken radiator. I bought aware that I had to change tires and other common things that used cars come with (they didn't want to negotiate a single cent) and then the car's radiator broke just after leaving the dealer. They did not want to take responsibility despite it having been something so obvious and blatant. In total, more than a thousand dollars more than the cost of the vehicle were spent due to hidden defects. Bad attention and irresponsibility. At least buy a Toyota that are indestructible. Do not buy here, I repeat... DO NOT BUY HERE!

No pushy sales people you pull up look at what they got then go inside and tell them what you wanna see and they make it happen. YOU WONT REGRET SHOPPING HERE AT ALL I PROMISE..

Will lie and say that they made a “SPECIAL” appointment to be there for 7hrs on LABOR DAY….JUST FOR LITTLE OLD ME. One single man of the whole metroplex. Which I NEVER heard a company do. Spoke with them Friday; never was told I scheduled a appointment, only told they’ll be open at 9am because I couldn’t get my car on the weekend…come today (LABOR DAY) I call and I’m told I had missed an appointment for 9am and I called at 11:30am-12pm.. upon telling the woman that I didn’t know I had an “Appointment” and if I did why wasn’t I called and told I missed it or that it is coming up. She replies that i just “can’t get your car today”. Upon exchanging words and asking multiple times , when did they closed and was never told. Only replied “if you can make it here in a FEW MINUTES I can…—instant cut off; I asked for a manager. No manager was ever presented to me at the time just another associate. Who then proceeded to patronize the situation at hand and when I had to basically start raising my voice in frustration; again yelling “ Whats the address so I can get my car , or I’ll have to call my rep” again never gave me the address. He then said they close at 2pm and I was already on 635 driving there; clock stated is was only 12:34pm and they where only 15minutes at the time of the call, after asking another person to help me grab my car; wasting their time. He then hung up in my face after threatening me with a “Tell your lawyer to call me then” then proceed as a company, TO IGNORE MY CALLS, at one point they even turned off the answering machine. Long story short , get a lawyer and do NOT let your car end up here! They will hold it hostage and will taunt you with their own ignorance and empathetic responses.

Call to inquiry about a car I seen online. Start to ask questions about different car's and was told she had another person waiting I could call back or she could call me back later. As if the other person was more important then me or the questions I had. How rude! You know you try to go to places that you've purchased car's or been to before.
