I have been taking the AFTR since it's inception for non- exempt. I did courses with a major income tax company then with Hera's Tax School. At first I was thrown off with Hera's format but quickly got my rhythm. Most importantly the test match the reading material and I learned.

Since the company discontinued offering the AFTR, I've had to go other places and let me tell you, their formats are very organized but the test does not follow the reading materials. 2021 was my first year failing the test. I changed companies and let me not forget, I am paying twice the price of Hera's. This new company well organized but again I'm reading material for 2022 with 2021 test questions, talking about frustration, that I am and about to request a refund.

I'm calling the IRS and ask why did the let good companies like Hera's stop offering the courses. I am very sad. Hera's Tax School, I miss my journey with you guys. Thanks.

I recommend their tax education to all tax professionals including IRS Enrolled Agents. This tax preparation school is IRS approved and ctec approved. Their income tax classes are the best and you can take their tax courses online anytime

now I know why the reviews are 2 to 3 yrs old.

they cant even answer professional.

i dont care if it is the weekend if you office is closed then dont answer!

for the record I said hello is the the tax school you yeah you didn't even say how can I help you and I said oh you just checking because you just said hello you then followed to say WHAT DO YOU EXPECT WE ARE CLOSED! AND YOU HUNG UP... SO NO THAT IS NOT PROFESSIONAL! if you are closed then don't answer ! simple!
