I recently attended the weekend crash course offered by US Realty Training, with Mac Nomura as the instructor. The class ran all day Saturday and Sunday (9am-6pm), and it was an excellent refresher that thoroughly covered the educational material.

Mac kept the class engaging by sharing real-world examples and fun stories, while also encouraging active participation. What stood out most was how he showed us how to study effectively. Using his methods, I’ve been consistently improving my scores.

I now feel confident that I’ll pass the exam in two weeks. I highly recommend taking this course a couple of weeks before your exam, rather than just a few days beforehand.

Love this crash course! Mac Nomura is a great teacher and his examples and stories made me remember certain concepts so well. Took it the weekend before my exam and passed first try, although I recommend taking it maybe a couple weeks before as he will give you some really great studying strategies!
