Receipts were submitted showing the wrong doing of the merchant, and the BBB response, after a month, was, 'well, they responded and that's all that is needed, so good luck dealing with them' (paraphrased)

What a joke of an organization.

BBB is no help whatsoever. You give a business a period of time to respond or do you not? Also, a business just needs to respond to make them right or clear them of the dispute hit on their business? I filed this complaint because I was sold sold a car that was verbally said by the mechanic and salesman to be in great condition with low miles, but ultimately had a bigger issue and will cost me several thousand dollars to repair. Nobody reads the complaints apparently, because if you did you would see that fraudulent activity took place. You don't hold these businesses accountable as you gave them more time than you indicate to respond, which is an issue in itself, but judging by this experience your platform is clearly not for the customer.

Our company was looking into advertising with BBB, and I had the pleasure of speaking with Jessica throughout the process. She responded quickly and kindly via email and was extremely informative of the different types of packages that BBB offers. I had a ton of questions, which she answered with ease and expertise. After our conversation, she promptly reached back out the following day to check-in - not pushy, not salesy, just a genuine follow-up. I really appreciated how transparent she was regarding the pricing, the way the ads work, and the success that other companies within our industry have seen. Jessica made the whole experience easy and effortless, and we decided to move forward with marketing on BBB. To the BBB team, Jessica is golden. Keep her, give her a raise, tell her how awesome she is. To Jessica, thank you so much for being a kind human. We appreciate you!

Not only do they side with the company vs looking to resolve complaints, they deleted my response (i have screenshots), and closed my case. My easy to fix issue is still unresolved and affecting my business. At this point, I've accumulated enough data and will spend my time reaching out to reporters about BBB’s corrupt practices.

Food poisoning at Mod Pizza in Decatur. 15 mins after eating from this establishment. I felt likeI just died. Everything coming out from both ends, I want a refund from this place. Filed a complaint against a shipping company for lost reimbursement checks from packages they lost. BBB agreed that the shipping company sending checks to an incorrect address (for the third time) was acceptable effort. Waste of everyone’s time. Thanks for siding with the multi-billion dollar corporation.

Wasted my time in tandem with who I am pursuing a retaliation lawsuit through. A company has been holding me hostage through an EEOC retaliation matter and they Chrysler delearship took my car for 4 months without repairing it send me back and forth. I can neither get a time for court because these rich men have been holding my time and monies. I am not interested men!!! I am a woman and give thanks to sending the call startegically to the ALPHA retta location for them to reach out with the no. These fraternity men are plaguing me as a woman and should honor my NO MEANS NO!!! emotions don't run business so tell me who else will you men call to stop me from getting to this lawsuit
