We have been using Rainbow Engraving for over 15 years, with no issues. Apparently, Beehive engraving bought them out and my first experience I had with them was not pleasant. We wrote down the wrong spelling so that's on us and when I asked them if they could make a new plate they said yes. They charged me $15; they now have a minimum order price of $25 so the owner cut it down. I could see if we do this every time but maybe once every couple of years. It's not about the money it's about trying to keep a long-time customer happy. I get it, things like this add up if they keep giving away the products for free but $15 for a .25 nameplate. I wish B Hive the best of luck, but my business will go elsewhere.

Just wanted to say I am extremely grateful for the unicorn customer service provided to me on Thursday December 21st 2023. I know you are wondering about unicorns? Yes, rare. I was actually on a honey do/due no fail mission from the wife to find a blue awards ribbon, but was tasked with not driving around Tampa to find it. Of course the first option is Google search engine. My search ended with not in stock, can be ordered or simply not what I was looking for. Without giving up I searched trophy shops near me and B Hive Awards & Promotional Products appeared. I decided to give them a call and I am glad I did. They answered the phone very promptly without an attitude and I told them what I was looking for and asked if they could help? They politely said yes, and even asked if I needed directions to the location. I said no I should be fine and would rely on my GPS. I found the location easily and as soon as I walked in I was asked if I was the customer that called about the ribbon and I replied yes. The ribbon I received exceeded my expectations and I knew it would be mission success with the wife. I kindly thanked the individual (my apologies for not getting your name) who helped me out. She even provided me with a mini look around of the products and services they offer. Please forgive me for the long review but we have to be grateful and thankful for the small business owners who tirelessly work to provide for the community.
