I was very satisfied with the service in preparing my taxes. Shae was very accommodating and efficient in every way. My taxes were done in a timely manner and I must say the professionalism was outstanding. She’s very detailed and have broken everything down for me to understand quite thoroughly no matter how many times I have bothered her and how many questions she was always very patient and answered me and made me feel very confident in the final results of my taxes. Now she’s stuck with me because every year. Not only am I OK with filing my taxes but I’m excited to see how blessed her knowledge is with educating me with my Taxes. Hands down the best company to work with. From the GREAT customer service to the communication. And let’s not mention the owner Shaetiese. Very professional runs an amazing office. I had a bad experience with another tax preparer. And my last year taxes were being held. And not knowing what was going on. I reached out to April at The Lux Business Firm. Lux tax business do not have any outrageous filing fees or bank fees. I love everything about the business that I do with the firm!! They are so helpful and thoughtful.
