My truck was damaged by the hail storm at the end of May, the insurance company recommended me to through Gerber Collision Center, but after a few calls none of them were not even able to see the truck for an evaluation of the damage! A neighbor of mine recommended me B&E Auto Body, so I decided to give them a call. To my surprise, Jen told me to come in the same day to have the truck being evaluated for the damage. I brought the truck the same day, Jen took care of me and to my surprise she told me that I can drop the truck for repairs in the next couple of days - while Gerber Collision, from 4 of them called, only one was able to look at the truck in one week. I dropped the truck, and in less than 2 weeks the truck was ready. Everything went very smooth, the quality of the work is great, no issues with the payments between B&E and the insurance! Jen gave me a phone call to keep me informed about the status of the repairs. I really appreciate the great service, the quality of the work done and the fact that they were able to have my truck fixed in less than two weeks! I definitely recommend B&E Auto Body!

This is a great family owned business that really cares about their customers!!! I had body work done from an accident and they were to fix the outside and when I picked it up not only was the work outstanding but they had cleaned the inside of my car which they did not have to do!!! If you want top notch work and customer service you will take your vehicle there!!! Jen is the nicest person in the world and so helpful and kept me posted on my car throughout the whole thing. I have to admit I was skeptical when I saw a nearly five star review on this company. Even companies I think turned out to be absolutely great have 4.5 or sometimes lower. Their prompt and open communication and completely taking over so I didn't have to do diddley after the drop off was in itself great! But the star of the show is the customer service. It's too bad that Shane Co. took the catch phrase "your friend in the..." Because this place represents that through and through. I was about to say I worked with Jen but the truth is she actually worked with me, setting a new expectation of the way my real friends treat me, lol. She was friendly but so authentic and you can tell she does what she does to get you what you are asking for. Even when one of the issues I had was operator error(me, I was the operator?) we laughed about it together and you could just tell she genuinely had no issues helping me through that portion of my time with them though in my mind it seemed to be so simple and possibly a waste of their time she didn't for a minute reflect that with the way she treated me. Brandon also helped me and he was great as well. This place went above and beyond and I will NEVER go anywhere else. Don't waste your time trying out a place your buddy told you about. This is your one stop shop and they WILL NOT DISAPPOINT. Thank you, B&E!!

Just went to B & E today to pick up my truck. Had some pretty major hail damage that has been driving me insane. Brandon and B & E provided amazing customer service and did a fantastic job on my truck! They worked with my insurance and got it done in a timely manner. They did so good, I left my car there when I picked up the truck to have them tint my windows. Very impressed with their work! I highly recommend them for any body work you need!
