I studied here for one year in language school. And they have worst system during corona time. They charged me 10000euros for the one year course. I even changed the teacher multiple times And It even worse than another language course that only pays 200euros.. and I also stayed their accommodation. And they didn’t give the deposit. It’s been already 2months and they say It can take 6months. I even don’t know It’s legal..
유학원 통해서 했는데 정말 돈은 돈대로 다들고 정말 최악이고 스트레스도 너무 많이 받고 대학상담도 제대로 안해주고 메일 답도 느리고..그냥 다른곳 가는게 훨씬 저렴하고 나아요 여기 절대 다니지 마세요 얘네 다 지들 돈벌려고 개수작만 부리고 돈만 이중으로 청구하고 정말 아직까지도 스트레스 너무 받아서 남깁니다 묻힘 방지용으로 학생증 사진까지 첨부해요!

The experience I'm having with GISMA hasn't been a good one, I've not gotten a visa appointment - which they will not tell you that for Nigerians applying it takes between 12-18months to get an appointment. Next is the €11k bulk deposit you need to make before going to the embassy, none of this is mentioned. I REPEAT, NONE OF THIS IS MENTIONED !

Then their refund policy, I started my process as far back as November, notified the admission officer etc as far back as October, till date not a penny received. They've a smart way of not responding to your emails etc when you ask for a refund, all these to kill time so if you're persistent maybe like after a month they'll respond, and slam you with their T&C's and tell you time has elapsed for your refund, if you do manage to get them to submit to refunding you that's when your real ordeal starts. At first they tell you, 45 working days, after 60days has elapsed (note, past 45 working days) then later they tell you 7 working days, then they tell you they can't provide a receipt at this time but your funds has been processed. funny enough, their admission officer would pester you with calls just to get a receipt to confirm your payment of their initial deposit, within 48hrs of payment you get a receipt but why can't i get a receipt for my refund.

I saw the bad reviews when I was applying, I regret not following my gut instinct. Follow your gut instinct, that's all I can say.

Did I mention that if eventually they agree to pay you a refund of your money, they'll deduct somewhere in the region of 15% of what you paid in their so called administrative fees. What administrative fees are you deducting my hard earned money for ?

You'll also need to have a knowledge of German, probably around B1/B2 when applying, this they'll not tell you.

Hi, I am an international student and my student no is B1022143. I have transferred 2000 euros in the month of July and another 1,650 euros in November 2022. All together 3,650 euros. My visa got rejected in November 2022 and from that day to till date April 26th no refund has been made. No reply over mails. I am keep on sending mails and trying to contact them, but no respond. The agreement was to refund money within 45 days. This is pathetic.They are asking me to wait, but for how long? I want my refund asap. Otherwise I am gonna lodge a complaint over you.
Anyhow I will not recommend this University to anybody.

I have deposited 2000 euros in the month of September and course was cancelled on December. From that day to till date April 17. No refund has been made. No reply over mails. I think I lost my money.
Anyhow I have great student community in India, I would definitely suggest them not to apply for GISMA.

I actually was thinking to enroll for the same program at GISMA , but fortunate enough to be informed way in advance. It wasn't expected from such a premier B school institute, 45 days is sufficient amount of days to refund a student's hard earned money. May be GISMA guys don't value the hard labour of third world nation citizens who enrol with GISMA by taking expensive student loans at higher interest rates. This university (can't even call it that) is simply a rip off. They're a business, running on skinning international students (and local students). There's a list of things I can mention but I'll highlight my experience here.

First you get a massive discount on your tuition fee. BIG RED FLAG. But, they are smart. They take it back from you in their own way which is by deliberately failing you in classes to make you reattempt not once, maybe even twice, just to earn those additional 200€ per class which run this institution. You'll be caught for "plagiarism" when you've not any and if not that, you'll be either rewarded below 50 points, which is an automatic fail.

They force to buy a "semester" Deutsche Bahn ticket for more money than DB offers itself. Having told them I'm out of the country travelling doesn't make them reconsider the policy. Sent emails, no response. Sent proof of boarding pass, ticket, and got no response. Eventually received a green light that all good. I don't need to pay, but I end up seeing it in my dues months later, again.

Coming back to my OUT OF THIS WORLD academic experience at this so called university: I, due to multiple things going on in my life (baby, work, studies, moving across countries) forgot to upload a presentation (which I presented in class) but GISMA with their brilliant no-forgiveness policy made me reattempt the class, and pay 200€ on top of that. Similarly, I got penalized for plagiarism in one course, reattempted it, paid another 200€ and achieved 45/100. They even give me a 50/100, which meant I pass. Hence, 3rd time repeat. Once again the 0 forgiveness policy to be highlighted. I have to reattempt this bloody class again and they don't care. It's a disgrace. There's no guidance, no proper standard.

Classes are rushed to the point that a whole semester worth of classes are kept on 2 days, making them run from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday, as they assume we have nothing else to do in our lives and should sit infront of a pc all day.

You can send their finance team an email and forget about it. You'll receive a reply after months or maybe never.

I can write a book on my frustrations and how I hate each and every bit on my experience here. For anyone reading this, take it as a recommendation and STAY AWAY. It's simply not worth it. There's 1000's of public universities that would offer you a place without making you suffer.

Worst College and university in world. From last 8 month i am sending regularly emails regarding my Degree and they don’t reply me. College sent me an email that college doesn’t have any responsibility to send degree so contact with ULAW university. I have written ample emails to university and they doesn’t care about it. At least they should give a reply to my email but they are completely ignoring it.
When they need fees they will send you regularly emails and call you but after getting fees they don’t care about students. If you fill the admission form on college website they will call you in 48 hr because they need money but later on they will care about you and will not give any response. They can call you for admission but they don’t have any helpline or student care number.
I don’t recommend anybody to take admission in this university

I would like to suggest college to care about their students and send my degree as soon as possible.
