The good:
-You have 5 floors of parking to go to.

The bad:
- When entering the car garage, there's no barriers to divide those that entered the ground floor side (Level 2) from entering onto on coming traffic from those entering the ramp side (Level 3).
- Not enough cameras to spot those that are smoking in the car garage when there's a sign specifically saying "No smoking on the property.
- With that said, there's no sprinkler system in case of a possible fire in the car garage (Which would probably stop the smokers from hiding out of view just to smoke on the property.
- Parking spaces are small so you end up always seeing someone taking up 2 spaces, or a small enough space to where you got to wait until the lane hoarder leaves or chance trying to avoid scratching their vehicle due to their lack of parking skills.
- Doctors/nurses still parks in the B-C garage despite they have their own car garage they can park at.
- The 3rd elevator (south one of the 3) seems to have more issues comparing to the other 2 elevators.
- And nothing to prevent idiot drivers from driving the wrong way just to get to a parking spot. There's bound to be an accident in there soon someday. Even today I heard someone car alarm going off & though the traffic behind me was cleared, 1 lady decide to take that advantage to get to a handicap spot & she looked like a healthy nurse.

Thank goodness for valet parking for those that can afford to donate $$ to have their vehicle parked for them. This hospital needs another car garage for the visitors to prevent the frequent of the full garage on the B-C side. The 2 stars is because the drivers aren't using common sense because otherwise this car garage would had gotten a 1 star.
